19 start-ups get a grant of ₹5 lakh from Tamil Nadu authorities


As many as 19 start-ups from throughout Tamil Nadu, which had been chosen within the second version of the Tamil Nadu Startup Seed Grant Fund (TANSEED), acquired a grant of ₹5 lakh every from Chief Minister M.Ok. Stalin on Thursday.

This corpus of ₹95 lakh is the primary tranche that has been disbursed. Every start-up is eligible for an additional ₹5 lakh within the coming months.

Solinas Integrity Non-public Restricted, which works within the water and sanitation trade to unravel the issues of pipeline leakages and tank-cleaning; Dev Beetech India Non-public Restricted, which has come out with an IoT-based system to trace bees, and Mangoleap Non-public Restricted (Gallabox), an omni-channel buyer engagement platform, are among the many start-ups that acquired the funding.

Round 640 start-ups utilized within the second version and 53 of them had been shortlisted for a boot camp. Lastly, 30 start-ups made it to the pre-final pitch and 19 had been chosen for the funding. Tamil Nadu Startup and Innovation Mission, mandated to construct a vibrant ecosystem, has been implementing TANSEED to advertise the start-up tradition within the State.
